Historic Mission Hill
Mission Hill Main Streets is home to the Mission Hill Triangle, an architectural landmark with homes dating from 1872 to 1890. It is a substantially intact, maintained neighborhood reflecting multiple architectural styles including Neo Grecian and Queen Anne. The Triangle is Huntington Avenue, Wigglesworth and Worthington Streets bordered by Smith and Tremont Streets. Interesting Factoid: The early landowners built iconic estates and other early-century additions like tripled deckers and traditional brick row houses by converting farms, breweries and orchards. The neighborhood is named after its steep streets that are constructed upon hills that boast magnificent views of Boston’s skyline
